Conveyancing workflow tool
Our Conveyancing Manager software provides users with an end-to-end workflow tool which enables them to centralise all of their conveyancing activity in one easy system. Here they can prepare legal documents, create the forms (transfer documents, mortgage discharge documents and revenue office forms), create the letters involved in the settlement process automatically and build a client database. They can also track the status of matters as they move through to settlement and get an instant overview of matters pending across their entire client base.
Settlement Room a collaborative online meeting space
Our Settlement Room software offers our clients the functionality of a collaborative online meeting place where all parties in a settlement can compare and agree on information, resolve any inconsistencies with “paperwork” and access payment directions all prior to settlement. It will also provide all participants in a transaction with a central online repository for booking the date, time and location of each settlement transaction, providing all parties with real time visibility of the status of a booking.
