We can now offer you a dynamic and unique DVD-based food safety and hygiene training series.

A comprehensive training course for all food handlers, covering the fundamental aspects of food safety and hygiene in the work place. The training is centred around the food safety compliance points in a typical assessment making it easier for learners to understand the importance of the theory behind food safety in a more practical hands-on way, and is ideal for businesses operating in the retail, restaurant, catering and hotel sectors.

The series is locally produced in South Africa and is inclusive of current local laws and an understanding of local conditions and cultures.

Training Content

The training modules are presented in a friendly and clear manner. The language is designed to be simple yet precise while it covers topics in a structured and organised manner.
