    Any current customer of SAI Global is welcome to attend. We encourage you to share this event with your colleagues. 
  2. How do I register?
    Register here on our website: https://www.saiglobal.com/risk/summit#register. You will receive a confirmation email shortly that provides additional instructions on how to access our virtual event platform.
  3. What time does the event happen? Are there sessions for my region?
    The event happens March 16-19, 2021 across global time zones. Each session will be given once in each Region–beginning on March 16, 9 am ET for the EMEA/Americas Region, and on March 17, 9 am AWT for the Asia Pacific Region.
  4. What does it cost?
    We are offering this engaging and informative virtual event as a complimentary resource for current customers of SAI Global.
  5. After I registered, I did not receive a confirmation. What do I do?
    Please check all spam filters for an email from SAI Global. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 business days, please reach out to questions@saiglobal.com for additional support.
  1. How do I access the event?
    The Summit is being hosted on a virtual event platform Hopin. You will receive a link to the event closer to the event. We encourage customers to set-up their attendee profile ahead of the event and engage with other attendees and SAI Global team members with the Hopin chat feature.

  2. How can I ensure the best online experience?
    Please visit https://app.hopin.to/precall to ensure your device is fully compatible. Be sure to download the most updated version of your browser and operating system. Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the preferred browsers for accessing the Hopin platform.

  3. Can I ask questions at the event?
    Yes, we encourage questions using the chat feature that can be found in all sessions and booths. Product consultations with our product, services and sales teams will be hosted during the event in our Ask the Experts booth area.
  4. I lost the links to access the event. What can I do?
    Please search your email for ‘SAI Global’ or try to login to your Hopin account. You can also contact us at questions@saiglobal.com for additional support.
  5. Can my colleague use my Hopin link?
    No, please have your colleague register here at https://www.saiglobal.com/risk/summit#register so they can receive their own personal account to participate in networking, product demos, sessions, and stage content.
  1. Will you be recording the Summit?
    Select summit sessions will be made available on-demand within the Hopin site during the event and made available on our site at the duration of the event.
  2. Where do I get recordings?
    You will receive a follow-up Thank You email with directions on how to access all session recordings 7-10 business days after the event has taken place.
