Chief Financial Officer
Sharon joined SAI Global as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in October 2017, bringing more than 25 years’ experience across government, public and private equity owned businesses. Most recently, Sharon was CFO at Livingston International, a global customs brokerage, compliance and logistics company, where she was instrumental in the implementation of several initiatives focused on improving operating effectiveness and efficiencies across the organization.
Prior to this, Sharon was the US CFO for Computershare, playing an instrumental role in driving the company’s extensive growth and expansion throughout North America, including the acquisition and integration of more than 20 companies and growing revenue from $12m to $860m over 13 years.
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Sharon is a qualified CPA, and now calls Chicago home.
Chief Operating Officer
Kim recommenced with SAI Global in August 2017 as Managing Director of Property and Knowledge and was named to COO in January 2020. She joins us from Australian Retail Credit Association, where she was CEO.
Prior to that Kim was SAI Global’s Director of Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, a role she held after an extensive career in the banking industry including leading the start-up of FirstRand Bank India, the first bank from the African continent to achieve a full commercial banking license in India.
Kim has also held a number of executive roles with Experian. While at the helm of their Australian and New Zealand operations, she oversaw the launch of a new Credit Bureau, a joint venture with a number of Australia’s pre-eminent financial institutions.
Kim has an MSc from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from Brunel University in the UK.
Chief Marketing Officer
Paul joined SAI Global as Chief Marketing Officer in October 2017, bringing a wealth of experience across the full marketing, communications and investor relations mix. An established governance, risk and compliance thought-leader, Paul formerly led the global marketing communications strategy for Thomson Reuters’ $6.1bn Financial and Risk division. Paul redefined how the business engaged with global financial clients, moving the business from a perceived point provider to an enterprise platform company.
During Paul’s tenure, the GRC business within the Financial and Risk division of Thomson Reuters achieved significant growth and established a leadership ranking by top analyst firms.
Prior to that, Paul has held Chief Marketing Officer positions in a variety of technology start-ups with a primary focus in fintech including Orchestria and Complinet.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Darshini Brown has more than twenty years of diverse human resources experience leading teams through acquisitions, reorganizations, accelerated hiring periods and coaching in all people-related issues in both private and public companies.
Most recently, Darshini held the position of SVP, Human Resources at Trustwave, a global cybersecurity & managed security services firm, headquartered in Chicago.
Prior to Trustwave, Darshini held human resources leadership roles across a variety of companies including IBM, SPSS, Abbott and Fluor.
Darshini received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
