SAI Global Names SVP of Customer Success to Help Customers Navigate through and beyond the Covid Economy

Rebecca Turco, SVP, SAI GlobalSAI Global, the company behind the world’s leading cloud-first risk management platform, today announced a new leadership role to champion continued customer experience across SAI360.  Rebecca Turco, Senior Vice President will be responsible for developing a customer blueprint that ensures SAI Global continues to drive innovative strategies to accelerate business value for its clients.

In her new role, Turco will lead teams involved in enhancing SAI Global’s customer experience and service, developing product improvements tailored to customer needs and ensuring that clients have a roadmap and a long-term strategy for success in a Covid-19 environment.

“As companies adapt to this new normal and plan for what comes next, we strive to deliver products, solutions and services that help them successfully navigate through this environment and realize new opportunities,” said Peter Granat, Chief Executive Officer at SAI Global. “Rebecca has already proven her ability to build lasting relationships with our customers. In this role, she will combine her deep client insights with a sharper focus on continuing to deliver best-in-class customer-centric solutions.”

More than two-thirds of SAI Global customers provide essential services across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services and manufacturing. In its 2020 SAI360 software release, the company prioritized solutions and learning content to help companies mitigate their COVID-19 risks, plan their recovery and manage the growing demands on enterprise security, regulatory obligations and customer expectations. The Customer Success team will take that work one step further.

In almost seven years at SAI Global, Turco has held a variety of leadership roles working with compliance and ethics training and product and service teams to ensure that SAI Global’s integrated solutions make it easier for customers to manage their risk. Turco holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Emmanuel College and a Master of Business Administration from Franklin Pierce College.
