Mental Health Mindfulness while Working Remotely

Free Ethics & Compliance resources during COVID-19

We all feel stress at some points in our lives, and trying to maintain a healthy mindset during the constant uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic can be a challenge for anyone.

Under the most usual circumstances, 20% of adults experience some form of mental illness annually.

To address this, we prepared a free 8-minute training experience called “Mental Health: We’re All In This Together” that is filled with simple strategies to relieve stress and recognize a colleague who may need a helping hand. Rest assured that we’re stressed too, have taken this course, and found it helpful.
