Join SAI Global and speaker Dr. Caterina Bulgarella, a culture architect and ethics advisor, for the first webinar in our new 2020 Decoding Conduct series, where we’ll discuss “healthy habits” for your code and culture.

This first webinar in this new series will focus on Code of Conduct best practices. It will also cover the corresponding cultural components that ethics and compliance leaders can make part of their agenda in 2020 to increase the impact of E&C practices on employee behavior.

Your organization’s Code of Conduct should help employees internalize ethical principles so that these principles remain top of mind and can influence everyday decisions. But the code should do more than offer a clear compass; It should also build accountability and provide tools to address and act on ethical dilemmas with competence and confidence.
