My biggest win of 2020 has been…

My belief in myself and the positive manifestation that comes from it that I can share. 2020 has been really hard for many. In my field of education and training assessment compliance, the difficulty of many CEOs thinking compliance was a task that would have to wait and will it really affect them, students and the industry in the future.

I spent my time helping, educating and being positive. I encouraged others that the lockdown was a perfect time to revisit assessment, pivoting into online systems and how that affects compliance. This was the time to understand compliance can be done online, that old heavy human repetitive process can be replaced by sustainable, cost-effective and efficient systems. Taking away control and making the compliance community work from home, those that kept their job enabled those that had put the work in to utilize and explore other options.

2020 has been an amazing year when you look at the opportunity it provided for innovation. The world was forced to see work differently and gave compliance champions a platform to shine.
