Peter Granat
Chief Executive Officer

Peter Granat joined SAI Global as Chief Executive Officer in July 2017 bringing extensive experience leading both private and public companies through turn-around and growth phases, developing innovative software products and global information services throughout his career.

Most recently Peter was Chairman of the Board of Cision, the leading global public relations software and information services company. From 2013 to 2016 he was the CEO of Cision and led the company through an expansion and growth phase that took the company from USD $130M in revenue in 2013 to over USD $600M in revenue in 2016. Prior to being the CEO, he was President of Cision EMEA division based in London and Cision North America based in Chicago.

Peter holds a BA from the University of Vermont and a MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.



Sharon Sritong
Chief Financial Officer

Sharon joined SAI Global as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in October 2017, bringing more than 25 years' experience across government, public and private equity owned businesses. Most recently, Sharon was CFO at Livingston International, a global customs brokerage, compliance and logistics company, where she was instrumental in the implementation of several initiatives focused on improving operating effectiveness and efficiencies across the organization.

Prior to this, Sharon was the US CFO for Computershare, playing an instrumental role in driving the company's extensive growth and expansion throughout North America, including the acquisition and integration of more than 20 companies and growing revenue from $12m to $860m over 13 years.

Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Sharon is a qualified CPA, and now calls Chicago home.



Paul Johns
Chief Marketing Officer

Paul joined SAI Global as Chief Marketing Officer in October 2017, bringing a wealth of experience across the full marketing, communications and investor relations mix. An established governance, risk and compliance thought-leader, Paul formerly led the global marketing communications strategy for Thomson Reuters' $6.1bn Financial and Risk division. Paul redefined how the business engaged with global financial clients, moving the business from a perceived point provider to an enterprise platform company.

During Paul's tenure, the GRC business within the Financial and Risk division of Thomson Reuters achieved significant growth and established a leadership ranking by top analyst firms.

Prior to that, Paul has held Chief Marketing Officer positions in a variety of technology start-ups with a primary focus in fintech including Orchestria and Complinet.



Michael Wons
Chief Technology & Product Officer

Mike Wons joined SAI Global at the beginning of 2018 as Chief Technology and Product Officer. In this role, Mike leads all aspects of strategic technological execution including product management, platform strategy, and software development.

Prior to joining SAI Global, Mike served as the first State-wide Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the State of Illinois. There Mike was focused on establishing the Illinois “FIRST” strategy, launching new innovative solutions at a rapid pace. 

Mike has also served in CEO, CTO and CIO roles for companies including Microsoft, Waste Management, Federal Signal and CellTrak Technologies focused on building next generation technology platforms. 

Mike has a diploma in Management from Aurora University, a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Governors State University and completed his Masters Business Education as a graduate of the Kellogg Management Institute (KMI) at Northwestern University's Graduate School of Management.


Kim Jenkins
Managing Director of Property, Standards and Information Services

Kim recommenced with SAI Global in August 2017 as Managing Director of Property and Knowledge. She joins us from Australian Retail Credit Association, where she was CEO. Prior to that Kim was SAI Global's Director of Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, a role she held after an extensive career in the banking industry including leading the start-up of FirstRand Bank India, the first bank from the African continent to achieve a full commercial banking license in India. 
Kim has also held a number of executive roles with Experian. While at the helm of their Australian and New Zealand operations, she oversaw the launch of a new Credit Bureau, a joint venture with a number of Australia's pre-eminent financial institutions.

Kim has an MSc from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from Brunel University in the UK.


John Rowley
CEO of SAI Global Assurance

John joined in February 2018 as CEO of SAI Global Assurance based in Sydney and is responsible for setting and successfully executing the global businesses strategy.

Previously John served 8 years in executive leadership roles with the Lloyd's Register Group, including President of Lloyd's Register Asia Pacific and most recently as global Managing Director of the Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) and Inspection Services businesses. John revitalized the LRQA business during his tenure there, redefining the strategy, accelerating growth and significantly improving profitability.

Prior to Lloyd's Register John spent 14 years in key business leadership roles with Ecolab Inc, and before that he was a British Army Officer. John holds a degree in Biotechnology from the University of Reading, and subsequently graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University.


Darshini Brown
Chief Human Resources Officer

Darshini Brown has more than twenty years of diverse human resources experience leading teams through acquisitions, reorganizations, accelerated hiring periods and coaching in all people-related issues in both private and public companies.

Most recently, Darshini held the position of SVP, Human Resources at Trustwave, a global cybersecurity & managed security services firm, headquartered in Chicago.

Prior to Trustwave, Darshini held human resources leadership roles across a variety of companies including IBM, SPSS, Abbott and Fluor.

Darshini received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.



Malcolm Pascoe
Chief Information Officer

Malcolm joined in January 2015 from Sydney Trains where he was the Chief Information Officer.  Prior to this Malcolm was with IBM with responsibility for their infrastructure project services portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

In his earlier career, he has held senior IT roles in financial services in both Australia and the UK covering application development, client relationship management and production services.

Malcolm has a Masters of Business in information technology management from the University of Technology, Sydney.
