Part 2 of the Consumer Affairs Property Law review

The second stage of the Consumer Affairs Property Law review process has commenced, with the release of an Options Paper - Owners Corporations Act 2006, setting out a range of possible reforms.

You can provide your views on the options paper until 16 December 2016

Anyone may make a submission for consideration in response to the reforms, they are particularly interested to hear from Real Estate agents, Home owners, Owners Corporation and Conveyancers.

The paper includes a series of questions as a guide to writing your submission.
