New feature available for EDR clients 'Cancel Duty Assessment'

The NSW Office of State Revenue has launched a new feature  'Electronic Duty Return (EDR) Online Cancellations' through its Customer Service Providers (CSP).

Existing EDR clients will no longer need to complete a paper Cancellation Request form. You can view the instructional guide for online cancellations here.

This 'NEW' feature is now available in Search Manager in the NSW EDR Online Stamping menu

Clients will need to provide the information required by the Office of State Revenue including:

  • Contact Details
  • Cancellation Details
  • Support Document - The support documents must contain additional information about the assessment that is to be cancelled, and the assessment that is to be retained. 
  • Only 3 files may be attached and each file must not exceed 5MB in size. Only pdf, doc, docx, jpg, xls and txt file types can be uploaded.
