Authority Update NSW: Street Addresses schedules required when lodging Strata Plans

All new strata plans submitted to NSW LRS with a surveyor's certificate dated from 1 March 2018, must include a schedule of street addresses.

 

The street address schedule must conform to the standards set out in the Surveyor General's Direction No. 7(see clause 3.25 Table 6).   

 

NSW LRS will accept submissions of strata plans including street address schedules prior to this date.
