Authority Update - NSW - Priority Notice Fee Changes

Fee Changes for Priority Notices from 1 July 2017 

A Priority Notice is a notification of the intended registration of specified dealing(s) with land. Once recorded a Priority Notice will temporarily prevent the registration of other dealings with the subject land (with some exceptions). 

Priority Notices are provided for in Part 7B of the Real Property Act 1900. 

Fees from 1 July 2017 
Pursuant to the methodologies and changes outlined in the, LPI Circular 2017/06 fees by LPI for Priority Notices will change for the 2017/18 financial year commencing 1 July 2017.
