Review of the Conveyancing (Sale of Land) Regulation 2010 and Conveyancing Process in NSW

Office of the Registrar General is conducting a review of the Conveyancing (Sale of Land) Regulation 2010, as part of the remake of the Regulation before it is automatically repealed on 1st September 2017. 

All interested persons are invited to make a written submission on the Discussion Paper.

Submissions will close on Friday 30 September at 5:00pm.
