Australia Post VOI Service

Australia Post have advised that customers requiring Verification of Identity (VOI) can take advantage of their Express outlets.  

These represent 1/3 of their stores nationally and can perform VOI and provide a speedier process due to their ability to scan on the spot.    

Standard stores take photocopies of the ID documents in store and then on send them to be processed for digitisation  - allow 3-4 days from appearance in store to VOI report arrival in the digital repository.  Express stores are equipped with the appropriate scanning technology in store which ensures reports arrive within digital repository within an hour.
