Part of our settlement service offering to banks is the tracking and storage of customer files and documentation during the progress of a matter. These include contracts, settlement documentation, executed mortgages and certificates of title.
Documents are stored securely on-site at SAI Global Property and will only be moved if instructed.
All storage and tracking is managed in-house via our Settlement Manager system which provides our clients with real-time visibility of both the location or movement of files.
SAI Global Property also has the capability to return completed files direct to client custodian (document storage providers) for long-term storage.
