Implementing Encompass is so simple. We will support and guide you through any requirements or information you need, to maximise the value of your subscription.

You’re never on your own and we’ll help you every step of the way. Encompass is a hosted solution. This means there is no installation required by you or your organisation. As long as you have an internet connection and a web browser, you’ll be on your way…

Our approach is:

1. Launch

We work with you to set up usernames and passwords and provide your team with support tools including welcome communications and a quick-reference-guide to accelerate adoption. Training is also booked and access to the Encompass is enabled.

2. Learn

We all know training will help you get the most out of any product that brings value to your organisation.  While you’re already familiar with conducting search, when it comes to reviewing and managing information, Encompass is unique!  So even a little bit of training with our accredited facilitators goes a long way!

3. Leverage

After launch and learn, you will have a much better understanding of how Encompass enables effective commercial information management across a department or organisation.  At this stage we work with you to optimise usage, review processes if required and consider the best way to incorporate Encompass into existing workflows, so that you can leverage the efficiencies across your business.

What is Encompass?

Encompass is a visual information management solution, for understanding commercial information about people, properties, companies and assets.  With Encompass, professionals from banking, accounting, law, restructuring and insolvency can search, review and manage commercial information.

Do I need to involve IT to get set up with Encompass?

Encompass is a Software as a Service solution.  This means there is no need for expensive hardware or major upfront costs.  It is easy to use, easy to understand and easy to access.  It is cloud based so anyone with an internet connection can access Encompass.  Integration within current business practices is as simple as copying and pasting a hyperlink to the Encompass workspace into your existing browser.

What am I committing to when I subscribe to Encompass?

Encompass subscription is available on a 12 month contract.  We also require customers to pay for training in their first year of subscription. Learn more about plans and pricing here.

How does the billing work?

Your monthly Encompass subscription fee gives you access to the visual information management solution that enables operational efficiencies, minimises risk and creates customer value.  Within Encompass you will have the ability to purchase reports and documents which will be itemised on your monthly account invoice from your broker (SAI Global).  You are billed up-front for 12 months and receive unlimited access to the workspace, purchasing documents and reports on an as-used basis.

What does ‘account set up’ involve?

Because you will be purchasing corporate, property and personal data products in Encompass, you need to set up and approve a business account with your selected broker (SAI Global). This allows you to make purchases in Encompass as and when you need and provides the convenience of a monthly invoice of itemised transactions.

How long after I sign up can I start using Encompass?

An Encompass account manager will be in touch with you within 24 hours of you completing the online subscription form.  Then, once you have completed account set up request, access should be available within 24-48 hours of receiving a successful application.

Is there a trial available?

SAI Global provides Encompass Corporation with a gateway to personal, property, company and asset data sources, providing the Australian market with a revolutionary visual information management solution for searching, reviewing and managing commercial data. Customers who subscribe to Encompass need to set up an SAI Global account in order to purchase commercial information within the Encompass solution.
