Whitepaper: BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 7 - Key Changes


The new version of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, Issue 7 (BRC 7), was published in January 2015. BRC 7 seeks to specify food safety, quality and operational
standards that help protect food manufacturers against legal liability while safeguarding the well-being of consumers.

In particular, the changes focus on ensuring:
