For Public Course Registrations 

 

Confirmations

 

 

 

 

 

Upon receipt of registration a confirmation email will be sent. Venue details (if available or when confirmed) will be included in your confirmation advice. SAI Global Limited (ABN 67 050 611 642) reserves the right to withdraw your registration if payment is not received in full in accordance with our payment terms as outlined above, to enable wait listed attendees to register.

Cancellations and Transfers

 

 

 

 

 

All requests for refunds, cancellations and transfers must be received in writing prior to course commencement. Additional fees are applicable for all requests received between 0 and 28 calendar days. Please refer to the following terms and conditions:

For cancellations and transfers received more than 28 calendar days prior to course commencement;

• A full refund or course credit is available for all
  cancellations
• All transfers to another course at a later date will incur
  no penalty fees, however, additional course fees may  
  apply
• A maximum of 2 transfers is allowed for each
  registration, at which point the course fee will become
  non refundable.

Between 14 and 28 calendar days prior to course commencement:

• A partial refund or course credit is available, equivalent
  to the total course fees less a 10% cancellation fee
• All transfers to another course at a later date will incur
  a 10% transfer fee plus any additional course fees
  which may apply
• A maximum of 2 transfers is allowed for each
  registration, at which point the course fee will become
  non refundable.

14 calendar daysor less from course commencement:

• Course fees will not be refunded, where cancellations
  are received 14 calendar days or less
• A partial course credit is available, equivalent to the
  total course fees less a 25% cancellation fee
• All transfers to another course at a later date will incur
  a 25% transfer fee plus any additional course fees
  which may apply
• Participants are still liable for all course fees which are
  unpaid.

Non Attendance:

• Where a participant does not attend the course, any
  course fees will not be refunded or transferred to
  another course.
• Participants are still liable for all course fees which are
  unpaid.

Course Cancellations

 

 

 

SAI reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient registrations or conditions beyond its control. Notification of any cancellation will be made as early as practical and include a full refund. Refunds will be issued as early as practicable or within 40 business days. SAI will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

 

For Online Learning Registrations 

 

Licence

Subject to this section, all registrations to SAI’s online learning are granted a 6 month non-exclusive, non-transferrable licence for the Online Learning Product from the date of purchase. Upon purchase of this licence, registrants shall not reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate the Online Learning Products except as permitted by applicable law. Customers also agree not to rent, re-sell, assign, re-license, timeshare or transfer the licence for the benefit of third parties, without the explicit permission of SAI.     

 

 

 

Minimum System Requirements

 

 

 

The following minimum system requirements apply as of the Effective Date and may be updated by Licensor from time to time:

• Screen Resolution: 800 x 600 with 16-bit Vista, Browser:
  Microsoft IE v5.5 or later and Adobe Flash Player v6 or later.
• You must have Flash enabled on your computer for the
  course to work.
• The courses are not currently compatible with Apple Mac
  systems.

Intellectual Property

 

 

 

 

 

The intellectual property in these courses is either owned by SAI or distributed by SAI under licence.  Access is provided to you solely on the understanding that you will not copy or reproduce  the courses or any part of them for the benefit of  any third party for any purpose whatsoever. Your registration will be deemed acceptance of these terms.

Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

 

 

 

No cancellations, refunds, requests for extensions or credit transfers are available for all online learning registrations.

Prices

 

 

 

Prices as published are subject to change without notice. SAI Global Limited (ABN 67 050 611 642)( ”SAI”)  courses are deemed GST exempt unless otherwise specified. All invoices are in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, course fee includes course training material and refreshments.

Privacy

 

 

 

Upon registration we may collect personal information about you. This will be used to provide you with a high level of customer service. We may also use this information for the promotion of SAI products and services from SAI and its related entities. If you do not wish to receive this information, please indicate in the box provided on the course registration form. As a condition of RABQSA qualifications, contact details of all successful RABQSA course graduates will be solely supplied to RABSA for the purpose of further RABQSA qualification.

Payment/Invoicing

 

 

 

 

Training and Improvement Solutions, a division of SAI utilises an Electronic Invoicing System and will no longer be able to provide paper Invoices to our customers.
By providing us with the Registration details you agree to provide us with accurate and complete billing information including your legal name, mailing address, email address and telephone number.  You also agree to update SAI Training and Improvement Solutions of any changes to your billing information as they happen.
Electronic Invoice by email shall be sent to the person at your nominated email address within two business working days after the Course Registration has been processed. The Invoice shall be deemed to be received once a notification appears in SAI's relevant email system or infrastructure. If you do not receive an invoice within 2 days after Course registration, please contact Customer Service as a matter of priority.
The presentation of the invoice may be affected by the settings or quality of the computer equipment and/or software you use.  SAI  cannot control this, and while we do not guarantee that the presentation of the invoice will not be distorted, we do not believe that this will affect the clarity, legibility or validity of the invoice. Please contact Customer Service for any queries you have.

Payment is required in full no later than 10 days prior to the commencement date of the course to secure your place.  Late registration will be considered subject to availability. Registrations received within 10 days of course commencement must be accompanied by payment. Payment can be made via credit card, cheque or electronic funds transfer. Cheques should be made payable to 'SAI Global Limited'. Please ensure your cheque is accompanied with the relevant course details.

 

Admin changes to enrolments

 

 

 

Accurate enrolment information is required at time of registration. A $50 fee will be charged for each time the following changes are made related to a registration: replacement attendee or learner, change to an invoice (eg. purchase order number is provided after registration), and organisation name change (where incorrect at time of registration). Requests for re-issuance of certificates will be charged at $100 per certificate.

Credit balances

 

 

 

All credits must be used within 180 calendar days from the date of issue. Any unused credits beyond 180 calendar days will automatically expire. 

Refunds

 

 

 

Refunds for courses, with the exception of Online Learning Registrations, can only be provided by SAI if a request for a refund is received by SAI in writing prior to the course commencement. See below for cancellation and transfer fees applicable. Refunds will only be issued on the credit card that was used for original payment. If payment was made via cheque, electronic transfer or any other means, available refunds will be issued via a cheque only.Refunds will be issued as early as practicable or within 40 business days. SAI will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
