Adding your own records to the database lets you create a fully customized resource that centralizes all of your important documents.

  • The unique Notepad feature helps you keep control of your standards collection, eg showing who has what document, where it is, and what internal procedures it supports etc. Notepad allows you to annotate records with your own notes and information, such as whether it is a document you currently hold, whether or not it is a controlled copy, the projects it relates to, or library loan details. These notes are fully searchable within the Standards Infobase system.
