  • SAI Global’s Gold Coast office, which provides the full service offering for national clients, achieved ISO9001 accreditation in September 2010
  • National business operations is currently completing all the required elements for ISO9001 accreditation – Audits on compliance are due in December 2011

  • SAI Global has developed a proven method to onboard new customers 
  • SAI Global’s methodology was developed to ensure that the implementation of additional processes does not affect the quality of service delivery to existing clients
  • Within the discovery phase, the details of the process are captured and agreed to by all stakeholders.  A feature of the discovery process is the documenting of touch point criteria.  Touch points are essentially a list of the minimum requirements for work transitioning between companies and internal departments.

  • Processes are risk rated and any elements, e.g. Bank Cheque Storage and Printing, that are considered high risk undergo regular internal audit.   The audit results are published and discussed as an agenda item by the SAI Global Board of Directors Risk Committee.
  • As an essential element of our business practices, SAI Global Property complies with APRA standards.
  • Business Continuity Plans have been developed for each of our processing centres. These plans are regularly tested with the test results made available to our customers.
