Whitepaper synopsis:

This is the second whitepaper in the series on Compliance Culture by Monash University.  Monash University is undertaking an industry-based research project that aims to examine the concept of a compliance culture - its organizational and psychological dimensions, contributing factors and outcomes.  This paper draws on themes identified in qualitative research recently conducted among 30 Australian senior to middle managers on the topic of Compliance Culture. 

The research project involves a joint collaboration between the Monash Centre of Organisational Research and Psychology and the Monash Centre for Regulatory Studies, and is supported by SAI Global.
