Although each individual podcast focuses on a particular principle of the UK Bribery Act Guidance, podcast coverage includes FCPA compliance risk management as well as how to effectively manage any compliance risk.
Podcast speakers Marjorie Doyle, JD, CCEP-F, and Jim Slavin, JD, CCEP are experienced in helping to provide clients with successful programs particularly in the global anti-corruption risk area. Each 4-6 minute podcast focuses on a specific aspect of bribery and corruption risk management: proportionality, top level commitment, risk assessment, program development and management, third party due diligence, communication and training, and auditing and monitoring.
