SAI Global Receives Award in Compliance Training Category of eLearning Age Awards

Kenilworth, Warwickshire – November 19, 2010
SAI Global is delighted to announce it has received an award at the recent eLearning Age Awards in London. The company, specialising in compliance and risk solutions, was presented with an award in the highly competitive category of ‘Meeting the needs of compliance for an external regulator or an internal workforce’ alongside AstraZeneca, a leading pharmaceuticals business. The companies worked together to develop a Code of Conduct eLearning solution that was delivered to 65,000 employees, across 94 countries and in 12 languages.

Iain McLeod, Head of SAI Global Compliance EMEA, commented: “We are delighted to have received recognition at the eLearning Age Awards. Competition in the compliance training category was fierce, and winning an award for the AstraZeneca project which involved designing, developing and delivering a global compliance eLearning solution demonstrates our strengths in managing large, complex learning projects.”

SAI Global worked with AstraZeneca to deliver compliance eLearning that focused on reinforcing the company’s new Code of Conduct, with an emphasis on ethics, integrity and compliance issues. With exceptional feedback from students, the eLearning provided engaging, interactive and scenario-driven content profiled to meet the individual needs of employees, according to job roles and business functions throughout the company.
