Andrea Falcione is an accomplished ethics and compliance consultant with extensive experience advising major corporations on all aspects of developing, enhancing, and evaluating enterprise-wide business integrity programs. Ms. Falcione helps clients align their business conduct standards, program infrastructure, operational processes, and corporate culture with a robust commitment to ethical and legally compliant business practices, resulting in superior performance, reduced risk, and strengthened stakeholder relations.
Since joining the company in 2004, Ms. Falcione has led the development of the organization’s consulting team and the delivery of a comprehensive suite of services to meet the needs of a Global 2000 clientele, including risk assessment, program strategy and development, code of conduct enhancement, program evaluation, and benchmarking. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Falcione practiced law for nine years, most recently as Senior Counsel at FleetBoston Financial (Fleet), then the 7th-largest financial services organization in the United States. While at Fleet, Ms. Falcione supported the Capital Markets business, and she was a member of the Law Department's Risk Management Committee. In addition, Ms. Falcione previously practiced corporate law at Day, Berry & Howard LLP (now Day Pitney LLP), were she was joint author of the firm’s Diversity Policy and Report.
Ms. Falcione is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional and is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association, and the National Association of Women Lawyers. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a graduate of Bucknell University and Boston University School of Law. Several of Ms. Falcione’s articles have been published in Compliance & Ethics Magazine, Compliance & Ethics Professional, Compliance Week and Directors and Boards. Most recently, Compliance & Ethics Professional published her co-authored article, “Five Steps for an Effective Code of Conduct Program.”

Jim Slavin, JD, CCEP

Bribery & Corruption Risk Management
Jim Slavin specializes in strategic counsel and thought leadership on bribery and corruption risk assessments and risk management issues, particularly those posed by the FCPA and the UK Bribery Act 2010.
In conjunction with his anti-bribery and corruption focus, Mr. Slavin also advises SAI Global’s existing and prospective clients on best practices for compliance issue management and performance metrics programs. Mr. Slavin joined the company in 2008 from Software Impressions where he worked with the compliance departments of numerous Fortune 500 companies to maximize the efficacy of their programs and provide issue management best practice guidance. Mr. Slavin has written numerous whitepapers, viewpoints, and articles on the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and compliance issue management. Most recently, his articles have been published in Compliance Week and Australia’s Keeping Good Companies. Mr. Slavin has also been a featured speaker at the Annual Compliance & Ethics Institute hosted by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and has presented at webinars and industry roundtable events across the country.
Previously, Mr. Slavin was Director of Client Services at CT TyMetrix, a division of Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services where he worked closely with insurance and corporate law department senior leadership to improve suit disposition strategies and legal spend management.
Mr. Slavin is a graduate of Boston College’s Honors Program and Boston College Law School. A member of the Connecticut bar, he practiced in Connecticut as a litigation attorney until 2000. Mr. Slavin is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional and a member of the SCCE.

Meghan Daniels, JD, CCEP
Senior Director, Advisory Services
Meghan Daniels, originally with the company from 2005 to 2008, rejoined in 2010. In the interim, Ms. Daniels gained invaluable experience managing the corporate compliance program for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Inc. (BCBSMA), where she was responsible for training, policy development, and management of the conflict of interest disclosure process. While at BCBSMA, Ms. Daniels also supported all other compliance and ethics program functions, such as investigations of compliance inquiries, management of committee structure, and preparation of board reports. In addition, Ms. Daniels previously practiced at a Boston law firm for three years, where she focused on commercial litigation. In her current role Ms. Daniels advises clients on the implementation of best practice compliance and ethics programs.
Ms. Daniels is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and is a graduate of Union College and Suffolk University Law School. She is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional and a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.

Mary Snyder, Esq
Senior Director, Advisory Services
Mary Snyder joined SAI Global in the fall of 2011 and brings valuable practical experience to her role on the Advisory Services team. Previously, Ms. Snyder spent many years managing the compliance and ethics program at a large, publicly held company in Pittsburgh, PA, where she was in charge of the education and awareness program and the company’s Code of Conduct, among other responsibilities, and worked directly with the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, Ms. Snyder was a partner in the corporate and securities law practice group at the Pittsburgh-based law firm now known as Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.
Ms. Snyder is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law and an LL.M (Corporate Law) from the New York University School of Law.

Kirsten Liston, CCEP
Senior Compliance Advisor, Advisory Services
Kirsten Liston joined SAI Global’s Advisory Services team after leading the Company’s content development department for two years, and now consults with clients to evaluate and draft Codes of Conduct and other policies based on quantitative benchmarking against peer companies and evolving compliance and ethics standards and best practices.
Ms. Liston has extensive subject matter experience in a wide variety of ethics and compliance topics, including industry-specific concerns in the healthcare, automotive, consumer products, and oil and gas businesses, as well as general corporate compliance areas, such as competition law, anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation, and the like.
Several of Ms. Liston’s articles have been published in Compliance & Ethics Magazine, Compliance & Ethics Professional, Compliance Week and Directors and Boards. Most recently, Focus, a publication of the North Florida Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, published her co-authored article, “Ten Years After Enron: The Future and Effectiveness of Whistleblower Programs.”

James Meacham, CRISC
Compliance Advisor, Advisory Services
James Meacham specializes in business ethics, cultural and behavioral influences on ethics risk and compliance, strategic corporate governance, and GRC technologies. With nearly two decades experience as a business and technology strategy consultant, Mr. Meacham brings extensive industry depth in financial services, media, and high tech verticals. He has guided clients in evaluating risk exposure, assessing their cultures, developing gap analyses, and crafting germane, effective policies and codes of ethics. In addition to his practical background working for top-tier and boutique consulting firms, he has degrees focusing on theoretical ethics from University of Maryland and Harvard Divinity School and is a doctoral candidate in Business Ethics and Risk at the University of Southampton’s (UK) School of Management. His doctoral thesis considers cultural determinants of cognitive bias in judgment and decision-making regarding ethical risk in the strategic business context.
His most recent article, “The Why of Misbehavior,” which focuses on recent research in behavioral business ethics and its implications for compliance programs, appeared in the October 2011 edition of Compliance and Ethics Professional.

Jamie McKillop, CCEP
Senior Analyst, Advisory Services
Jamie McKillop joined SAI Global’s Advisory Services team in 2010 after working in the Company’s Client Services group for more than five years. While in Client Services, Jamie managed the implementation and deployment of best-in-class compliance and ethics training programs for many SAI clients.
Using his unique skill set, Mr. McKillop deploys, analyzes, and interprets the results of our clients’ cultural and risk assessment surveys. He also works with our clients to evaluate and benchmark their codes of conduct, compliance policies, and other program elements. In addition, Mr. McKillop authors Viewpoints and reports for SAI Global and contributes to the Company’s World Watch news feed.
Mr. McKillop is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. He received his B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
