Andy Wyszkowski, Global Head of Compliance and Information Services

Andy Wyszkowski has served as SAI Global’s Global Head of Information Services since July 2007 and Global Head of Compliance since October 2007. He brings over 30 years of leadership and management experience with intellectual property and technology businesses in a number of markets.

Andy was President of ProQuest Business Solutions (PQBS), an information services provider serving the automotive, power sports and heavy equipment markets. PQBS was a US $200M division of ProQuest Company with 900 employees across the US, Europe and Asia. Wyszkowski led the sale of PQBS to Snap-on for US $527M. Prior to PQBS, he was Vice President of Content and Delivery Technology at Thomson Corporation’s West Group, the largest legal publisher in the world, where he was responsible for West Group’s key 600 technologists. Prior to that, he held various senior level management positions at LexisNexis and Bibliographic Retrieval Services (BRS).

Andy has over 30 years of management and leadership experience with electronic publishing entities and has a proven track record of growing organizations and developing and deploying successful electronic information products across a spectrum of markets.

Steve McGraw, President, GRC

Steve McGraw is President of SAI Global's GRC business. He joined SAI Global with the acquisition of Compliance 360 in January 2012 where he led the organization as president and CEO. At Compliance 360, Steve built one of the most complete eGRC platforms in the industry. At SAI Global Steve leads the Compliance 360, GRC Manager, Leaders4, Listen-Up and EthicsAdvantage solutions.

Prior to Compliance 360, Steve was a partner at Catalysta Partners, LLC where he assisted high growth companies with their business strategies, new product launches, marketing programs, sales strategies and sales execution. Before joining Catalysta Partners, he was responsible for direct sales, global sales channels, business alliances and professional services for 2order.com. The company was successfully sold to Primus Knowledge Solutions in early 2000 for $90 million. Earlier in his career he worked in software sales.

Steve is a frequent speaker on regulatory compliance and risk management.

Colin Campbell, Sr Vice President, GRC Product Management

Colin heads the product management of SAI Global’s governance, risk and compliance solutions globally. Colin has over 20 years experience working with clients to utilize technology in automating key business processes such as risk & compliance management, travel and expense management and financial reporting solutions.  During this time Colin has worked in a variety of roles including sales, development, consulting & product management within the US and the APAC regions.  

Cheryl Curran, Sr Vice President, Learning Product Management

Cheryl has responsibility for directing and guiding the selection, design and production of all compliance management products and services worldwide. Her specific functional areas include product management, instructional design, learning content strategy and production, user interface and creative design, and learning management systems. Cheryl has more than twenty-five years experience including senior management positions at LRN and Thomson. She joined SAI Global from Integrity Interactive following the September 2010 acquisition of that company. 

Arlene Wherrett, General Manager, Sales, Service & Consulting, Asia Pacific

Arlene has more than 20 years of experience and track record in successfully leading B2B sales within the financial and professional services sectors. With her unique combination of skills in sales effectiveness, people leadership and change management, Arlene is responsible for the growth of the Compliance business in the Asia Pacific. Arlene focuses on understanding and anticipating client needs and designing customized solutions to meet those needs. Prior to joining SAI Global in 2011, Arlene held sales leadership and consulting practice management roles with Marsh and Mercer.

Iain McLeod, Director of Compliance EMEA

Iain is responsible for SAI Global’s compliance business throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa and has 20 years experience of working with major global corporations to implement effective ethics, risk and compliance programmes.

Prior to working for SAI Global, Iain spent his career at the Rank Organisation and the BBC, where he held senior roles in media, training and publishing.  In 1991, Iain founded Easyi, a company specializing in market-leading compliance training and awareness programmes and consulting services. This business quickly built up a global blue-chip client base on both sides of the Atlantic and was acquired by SAI Global in 2005.

Iain is a regular speaker at compliance, ethics and risk conferences throughout Europe.
