EiLG blends Business Excellence with best practice improvement methodologies such as Lean and PDSA to develop your Council’s capability to engage in continuous and systematic business improvement to achieve sustainable performance. With over 75 Councils leveraging the BEF, EiLG brings your Council tested approaches to address key opportunities for improvement while leveraging existing capabilities and strengths.
Our facilitators have extensive experience working with Local Councils, many of whom were former executives in Government. Working with your Council they will use their sector specific experience to deliver rapid and effective results to your Council.
