Leveraging continuous improvement to deliver business success
Thursday 18 November, 2010  Sofitel Melbourne on Collins

In a post-GFC environment Australian businesses have fared better than many others around the world. However, global markets are still recovering from its effects and show lingering nervousness and volatility.

Although multi-tiered and divergent, Australian businesses all share the need to increase profitability through customer and market share. Navigating the conditions towards sustainable success depends on a holistic framework which lives and breathes throughout all facets of the organisation. The Business Excellence Framework helps your team create an environment for continuous improvement to fulfill your strategic vision.

The Australian Business Excellence Conference & Awards 2010 will present leading Australian and international organisations which, by harnessing their strategic understanding of their internal and external operating environments, are successfully navigating rocky conditions through continuous improvement.

Key topics for discussion

Attendees will learn from experts from leading organisations, in:

  • Driving quality through productivity and cost-efficiency improvements
  •  Implementing effective risk management and governance to ensure quality delivery
  • Conquering increasing compliance demands for 2011 and beyond
  • Achieving breakthrough success and continuous improvement utilising the BEF
