SAI Global offers three key assessment services to review your organisation’s processes against the Business Excellence Framework:

 

·         Business Excellence Indicator (BEI) – An online self-assessment delivery option for efficiency and increased staff involvement

 

·         Facilitated Self-Assessment – Involve and receive input from staff through a self-assessment facilitated by SAI Global

 

·         External Assessment – An objective assessment from a team of external SAI Global independent assessors

Organisational Assessment Process 

  1.  Create a guided self-assessment plan
    SAI Global uses a guided self assessment approach to meet the varied needs of our    customers.
  2. Facilitate a self-assessment of current state
    Data is captured through workshop sessions and an analysis of systems and processes. Separate sessions are held for the senior management team, middle management and a cross section of employees within your organisation.
  3. Develop a comprehensive report
    Qualitative and quantitative data is centrally processed and analysed by an SAI Global Senior Consultant. Results, findings, and recommendations for improvement opportunities are compiled in a detailed report.
  4. Present findings
    Outcomes are presented to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  5. Incorporate findings into strategic and business improvement plans
    Your SAI Global Senior Consultant helps your management team prioritise and incorporate the findings into strategic and tactical improvement goals.
