Overview
EiLG is a structured five stage approach, designed to ensure the effective integration of the Australian Business Excellence Framework with the particular needs of a Council. The EiLG program assists Councils in developing a focus on continuous improvement and provides a tailored methodology for the effective integration of the Framework into Local Government.
