The Diploma of Quality Auditing BSB51607 is a nationally recognised qualification essential for lead auditors. This qualification gives all participants the required skills and knowledge to initiate and organise an audit with an auditee, prepare for leading an audit by reviewing and developing specific components of the audit plan, discussing the process with the relevant stakeholders, delegating components of the work to team members, leading the audit team in undertaking an audit, provide feedback to the audit team members on their performance, report on the outcomes of the quality audit and take appropriate follow up action. In addition, this qualification also ensures that you are competent to manage risks within the management system.

To gain a Diploma of Quality Auditing BSB51607 qualification you need to complete all three modules (listed). You will also have to undertake an assessment for each of the modules, during or after the course.

The simplified modular approach, comprises “nationally recognised units of competency”.

Module 1 (5 Days)


LEAD AUDITOR TRAINING COURSE
Undertake concentrated and comprehensive training in the very latest theory and practice of auditing with SAI Global Training. Our courses help you to gain a practical understanding of the responsibilities of an auditor, and the techniques and methodologies required to effectively audit a management system.  


Note: If you have attended any Lead Auditor courses, you will be exempted from the last three days of Module One.

INTEGRATED RISK & COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT COURSE
The focus of the Integrated Risk & Compliance Management (IRCM) course is to facilitate your learning with regard to integrating risk & compliance management systems across an organization. IRCM is designed to build on your basic risk process knowledge and to assist you in establishing a framework for managing risk using Standard ISO31000: 2009 Risk Management – Principles and Guidelines. It is not intended to focus on applying each of the basic steps of the Risk Standard in detail.

Identify how to establish, implement and maintain an organisational OHS risk management strategy. Develop a robust knowledge of the Codex HACCP requirements to fully understand the preliminary steps and the principles of HACCP . This course covers Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation, hygiene and other key components of an effective food safety system.
