Purpose

Business owners, employers and contractors have a responsibility to ensure work is performed safely and according to the health and safety legislation of their relevant jurisdiction. Although the legislation differs in the approach to contractors from one jurisdiction to another the principles introduced in this course can assist in establishing due diligence for all employers.

• Identify indicators for evaluating a contractors OHS performance.
