What is Nationally Recognised Training?
Nationally Recognised Training ensures a consistent education and training system that ensures high quality qualifications that are accepted and valued anywhere in Australia. It also allows for flexibility in enrolment, transfer or completion of training as the participant may enrol with any appropriate RTO, anywhere across the nation.
Only RTOs can use the nationally recognised training logo on all qualifications and statements of attainment they issue. The logo indicates that the training courses are accredited under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), and that the qualifications issued are recognised by all other RTOs.
What is the Australian Qualifications Framework?
The Australian Qualifications Framework (commonly known as the AQF) is a unified system of national qualifications in schools, vocational education and training (TAFE's and private providers) and the higher education sector (mainly universities).
