With a brief to assist the Contract Management team in the effective provision of a portfolio of services to major global clients, your role will involve reviewing technical supplier information and dealing with technical and legal updates, as well as carrying out all checks on product labelling. Also responsible for effectively handling queries and complaints from the customer base, you should be educated to HND level or equivalent in a food or consumer protection related discipline, backed by proven experience in a quality assurance role. Alongside this, we’re looking for high levels of PC literacy, excellent communication and organisation skills, plus a commitment to providing a first class customer service. Ref: FM11429E
