Ian Ramsay
Director of the Centre for Corporate Law and Securities Regulation
Ian Ramsay is the Harold Ford Professor of Commercial Law in the Law School at The University of Melbourne where he is Director of the Centre for Corporate Law and Securities Regulation.
He is also the Editor for the SAI Global Corporate Law Bulletin and Editorial Advisor for the Governance, Risk and Compliance Newsfeed, providing short case notes to the Newsfeed on a regular basis.
Ian has published extensively on corporate law issues both internationally and in Australia. His publications have been cited by a number of Australian Courts, including the High Court and Federal Court.
As a respected commentator in the media on corporate governance and corporate law, Ian is regularly interviewed in the financial press and has been interviewed for major TV programs, radio programs and international newspapers. His research has also been reported in a number of international newspapers.
