An eLearning program on information security awareness for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.

SAI Global developed a bespoke program designed to create awareness and understanding of the client's security policies and procedures to all employees worldwide. Working closely with the client to develop the content of the program, SAI Global produced several versions of the program in different languages.

 

With planned implementation to over 60,000 employees, the program was required to be delivered on a variety of platforms and SAI Global helped scope out the detailed technical requirements. This resulted in delivery of the program via the corporate intranet, and in distribution of CD versions to those users who had limited intranet access.

The program was supplied with SAI Global's SCORM-standard learning management system - OCCAM. SAI Global's technical team were also required to integrate the program within existing proprietary management systems already in use within the organization.

The Outcome

The quality and engaging content of the course was well received by employees, and provided the client with a global audit of information security awareness throughout the organisation.
