Connecticut, US, 1 September 2006. SAI Global (ASX: SAI) has developed an on-line training program for TL 9000 to help raise Standards across the international telecommunications industry.

The e-learning program, supported by peak telecommunications industry body the Quest Forum, is titled TL 9000 3.0 to 4.0 Requirements Delta e-learning course.

According to the President of Professional Services Worldwide at SAI Global, Mr. David Middleton: “This interactive course provides an in-depth overview of the changes between release 3.0 and release 4.0 of the TL 9000 Quality Management System Requirements Handbook.”

“Participants of this course, whether they are consultants, registrar auditors, internal auditors or members of a TL 9000 registered organization will come away with an understanding of the changes incorporated in the new release of TL 9000, their impact on an organization, its customers and the audit process,” said Mr. Middleton.

“Prior Knowledge of TL 9000 is required and there is an exam following the course, with all participants who attain a passing score receiving a certificate of achievement.”

This course is required for anyone who will be performing third-party registration audits to TL 9000 R 4.0. and auditors needing a full knowledge of TL 9000 requirements.
