ASSURANCE STRATEGY RECEIVES MAJOR BOOST
SAI Global Limited (ASX:SAI) today announced that
its Assurance strategy had been given a major boost with the Canadian Standards
Association choosing SAI as acquirer of the prestigious Quality Management Institute
(“QMI”), the leading Auditing and Certification Body (or Registrar) in Canada and the United
States.
SAI GLOBAL - CHAIRMAN
Sydney, 12 February 2008.The Board of SAI Global Limited (ASX:SAI) announced today that the Board has appointed Mr Robert Wright as its Chairman. Mr Wright has served on the Board since listing in December 2003 and has participated on the Board’s Audit & Risk Committee since that time, including as the Committee Chairman from 1 July 2005 to date. The Appointment is effective from today.
Wiley Rein Teams with SAI Global to Deliver Broader Risk Management Solutions
WASHINGTON, DC and PLAINSBORO, NJ. November 7, 2007. The Government Contracts Practice of DC-based law firm Wiley Rein LLP—a nationally recognized leader in Federal procurement compliance and Government Contracts law—and the Compliance Division of SAI Global, a worldwide provider of solutions that integrate compliance, ethics and risk management into business operations, have joined forces to provide government contractors with a full suite of information and services they need to meet the newest FAR Subpart 3.10 requirements which are expected to be published in late 2007.

SAI set for another year of solid growth
Sydney, Australia, 9 August 2007. SAI Global Limited (ASX: SAI) today announced a net profit after tax of $18.8 million, representing an increase of 34.1% over last year’s result of $14 million. Earnings per share were up 4.8% to 13.1 cents per share off the expanded capital base following the equity raising undertaken in June 2006.
