SAI to move to 100% ownership of Espreon Limited
Sydney, 18 December 2009 - SAI Global Limited (“SAI Global”)(ASX:SAI) today announced that it has acquired Vectis’s 36.4% shareholding in Espreon Limited, taking SAI Global’s ownership of Espreon to 99.2%. SAI Global intends to compulsorily acquire the remaining 0.8% of Espreon Limited as permitted under the Corporations Act.
SAI extends Product Certification capability - acquires Enertech
SYDNEY AUSTRALIA 30 Oct:SAI Global Limited (ASX: SAI) announced today that it has enhanced its product certification business through the acquisition of Enertech Australia Pty Ltd. Enertech undertakes product performance testing in the areas of gas and electrical appliances, and compliments SAI’s existing product certification operations.
