SAI to move to 100% ownership of Espreon Limited
Sydney, 18 December 2009 - SAI Global Limited (“SAI Global”)(ASX:SAI) today announced that it has acquired Vectis’s 36.4% shareholding in Espreon Limited, taking SAI Global’s ownership of Espreon to 99.2%. SAI Global intends to compulsorily acquire the remaining 0.8% of Espreon Limited as permitted under the Corporations Act.

SAI extends Product Certification capability - acquires Enertech
SYDNEY AUSTRALIA 30 Oct:SAI Global Limited (ASX: SAI) announced today that it has enhanced its product certification business through the acquisition of Enertech Australia Pty Ltd. Takeover Offer For Espreon Limited - Update
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA 12 March: SAI Global Limited (ASX: SAI).SAI’s takeover offer for Espreon Limited (Espreon) closed at 7.00pm Sydney time on 11 March 2009. SAI’s relevant interests in Espreon at that time are set out below:

TAKEOVER OFFER FOR ESPREON LIMITED – PAYMENTS TO ACCEPTING SHAREHOLDERS
Sydney, Australia 2 March 2009: As SAI’s takeover offer for all of the shares in Espreon Limited is unconditional, SAI will commence issuing SAI shares to Espreon shareholders who accepted on or before 27 February 2009, in satisfaction of its payment obligations, by 9 March 2009.

RECOMMENDED TAKEOVER OFFER BY SAI GLOBAL LIMITED FOR ESPREON LIMITED – ACCC CONFIRMS NO INTENTION TO INTERVENE
Sydney, Australia 23 February 2009: SAI Global Limited (ASX: SAI). SAI received a letter dated 20 February 2009 from the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) stating that the ACCC does not propose to intervene in SAI’s acquisition of Espreon Limited, pursuant to section 50 of the Trade Practices Act 1974.
