Document SAI to move to 100% ownership of Espreon Limited
Sydney, 18 December 2009 - SAI Global Limited (“SAI Global”)(ASX:SAI) today announced that it has acquired Vectis’s 36.4% shareholding in Espreon Limited, taking SAI Global’s ownership of Espreon to 99.2%. SAI Global intends to compulsorily acquire the remaining 0.8% of Espreon Limited as permitted under the Corporations Act.
